Temporarily put the unit where Redline and I suppose others have put theirs.

Done. Fires right up.

Confirmed, it also makes a DLI PNP with my 2001 5vz-fe Tacoma.

By itself HERE

Works with a 2001 V6 Tacoma too, I bet it also will work on many other various 6 cylinder non-distributor Toyota/Lexus such as later model 4runners, T100s, GS300s etc.

Here are the wire order that the PNP harness works on. The 2001 Tacoma ignitor looks nothing like the IS300 one (not plastic but metal), but the connector and wiring configuration is the same.

^^ That was just to show/prove it is PNP. Afterwords I divided the wiring into two rungs and put sheaths on them, then removed the fuel pump resistor to tuck it under and behind the OE ECU- then put the fuel pump resistor back- This both hides it, and takes care of the slack created by install with the result like this--

Keep in mind my ignitor is not in the stock location- there would be various ways of going about this, but also there are not that many boost hounds that have their ignitors in the stock location- but goes to show it can be purdied up.
